Characteristics
This perennial 6 to 13 inch plant grows at 7000 to 10000 feet near streams amd has one blue/purple flower about 1 1/2 inches long. The flower is shaped like a bowl with five connected sepals. The  leaves have three veins and is smooth around the edges.
