Characteristics:
Size:  up to 3 feet tall.  Flower:  pinkish-purple or sometimes cream colored rays.  Bloom:  June to October.
 Leaves:  at base up to 6 inches long, blades narrow and pinnately divided.   Bracts:  stiff and tipped with a dark rake like fringe. A non-native
