Description
Size: About 18 to 24 inches tall  Leaves:  palmate, 6-8 leaflets which are covered with tiny hairs.

Other
Most Lupines contain poisonous alkaloids throughout the growing season.
Cattle and sheep ingesting this plant may have birth defects in their offspring.
