7 WS 11.5, White rump and scapulars, Yellowish nape, Black throat,
breast
and belly. Forages
in grassy, weedy meadows, Nests on ground, 4-6 eggs. Declining
populations
due to loss of hayfield breeding habitat. Cutting hay before July 20th
before young have adequately fledged can kill 80 per cent of
young.
