Specimen from the Jacque Collection.  LOCATION: Jeff Slotten located female 16 June 2012 on Rhus sp. Sandhills/Thunder Roads, Moore County, North Carolina

Ova:  dates not recorded
Larvae:  Hatched 24 June 2012 - Larvae were placed individually on Rhus typhina leaves  in small cello cups with misted paper towel in the bottom to help hydrate the leaves.   Cecrops #4 and #6 were larvae 18 days.
Pupae:      About 10 days      

Flights: 2

Host Plant used  to oviposit and to rear larvae

LOCATION:  Jeff Slotten located female 29 April 2012 at Withlacoochee State Forest, Citrus County, Florida and obtained ova on Rhus typhina (Staghorn Sumac)

Larvae:  Hatched  7 May 2012
              Second Instar 11 May 2012
              These died after molting to second instar.  One person reported rearing on Lactuca sativa
