ELEVATION: 7350 feet

Located two females and they oviposited 171 ova.  They over wintered as ova.

Ova were taken out of hibernation on May 13, 2015.  They began emerging May 15, 2015.   They are being fed Ribes leptanthum which is the plant used by the female to oviposit.

LIFE HISTORY:
Ovum: Overwinter as ova - Larvae began to emerge 2 days after being taken out of hibernation.
Larva: 
First Instar - 3-5 days
Second Instar - 8 days
Third Instar - 4 days
Fourth Instar -  7 days but variable
Prepupa: 2 days
Pupa: 13 days
Adult:  unknown
Broods: one
Hibernation:  Overwinter as  ova
