The larvae that stopped feeding and were apparently back in diapause were taken back to the Mineral Fork Trail and placed on the penstemon. #3 larva formed "J" pending pupation on 7 June, 2009. LIFE HISTORY: Ovum: Larva: Pupa: 9 days Adult: unknown Broods: one Hibernation: Overwinters as larva Host Plant These were feeding on Wasatch Beardtongue - Penstemon cyananthus Habitat Mineral Fork Trail Back to Top |
