Ova - Female began ovipositing on 19 July 2013. Ova were misted
daily
Ova began emerging 29 July 2013
First instars were placed on chiffon in cello cups ventilated
with pin holes and kept at 30-40 relative humidity and 70 to 80 degrees
misted daily to every third day. The
container with pin holes in was used plus the chiffon as a hammock to
hold them off the bottom when I set it inside a larger container
containing water and with a hole in the lid. I
then moved that container to a fridge with a humidity of 70-90 percent
and temperature 33 to 40 F at the end of August 2013 for overwintering.
