LIFE HISTORY:
Ovum:  Female oviposited on seams of net house containing a potted Nebraska Sedge, Carex nebrascensis
     
6- 8 days
Larva: Started hatching 26 June  -  After 6 to 10 days  molted to second instar  - After 8 to 10 more days they molted to third instar.  After third instar they seemed to lstop feeding and eventually just died.

Hibernation:  Overwinters as  third or fourth instar per "The Butterflies of America"  James A Scott,  1986
