Characteristics
Size:
8 to 24 inches tall, Flowers: yellow to yellowish-green,
petals are not longer than the sepals Leaves: alternate, 2
to 3 times pinnately
compound, narrow and segments with hairs. Fruit: stalk of
the seed pod is .17
to .49 inches long, seed pods are 1/2 to 1 1/3 inches
long. 10 to 20 seeds in one row in each half of the silique,
oblong-ellipsoid, bright orange.
Other
The similar Descurainia
pinnata
has pods 3/4 inch long with stalks about the same length.
