Description
Perennial, This plant was under 10 inches tall. The white, five petaled flower has a yellow throat, stamen that extend out past the petals and blue anthers.

Susan Graham found  Gilia syn. Aliciella stenothyrsa on a wash while paddling the White River a couple of miles above the BLM takeout (above the Indian Reservation).  That plant was about 2 1/2 feet tall.
