Description
Size: up to 5 feet tall.  Flowers:  look like small green mealy lint balls.  Leaves are covered with tiny, silver scales. 
Uses:
It is said to be one of the most nutritious best tasting wild greens and can be used in salads or as a cooked green.  The seeds shouldn't be eaten .
