Description
Non-native noxious plant from Asia that has invaded millions of acres in the west.
It produces toxic oxalates that poison sheep and may affect cattle.
Grows from a 4 to 18 inches tall, branching from base, blue-green turning red to yellow by fall. 
Small, fleshy, nearly tubular leaves tipped with tiny spine. 1/4 to 1/2 inch,  cream to pinkish flowers in leaf axils.
