Characteristics
Perennial,
shrubby,  grows up to 30 inches high, many long, gray-green, hairy stems with lanceolate, hairy, 3-inch leaves , stems tend to remain leafless near the top, has as many as 20 white to lavender ray flowers which are about 2 inches  in diameter.
